NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. An Absolute horrendous agency.. They have so many jobs available they never and i mean never answer the call i tried calling from various numbers etc they never ever answer the call or respond to your job applications etc but they post so many jobs daily. Pathetic establishment.

Unresponsive and they sent me to evri to be racially abused by a Ukrainian supervisor lady.i was working and she's constantly insulting and yelling in my head and told me to leave by 3am, we will get in touch sooner.

Phoned about immediate starts and they said they never had any so I said ok thank you not to worry and the person on the other end of the phone just said whatever and hung up very rude

Never reply to messages. Sent my son on a trial day spent time and money getting there. Then blanked him after promising to contact him with a job. Rubbish.

Agency doesn't even bother picking up calls every job is either been taken or start date yet to be confirmed appalling service from this agency.

I wish I could give this agency a 0 Star review, majority of their contracts only pay minimum wage and when I was given a £12/hr paying role they later scammed me by refusing to pay my accrued holidays due to an "administration error" which they have been resolving for the past 2 months now and every time I call up and ask about it I'm spoken to like a child who doesn't understand what is going on. And don't believe their lies about email so and so and the regional manager will take a look at it, I've sent them 3/4 separate emails addressing the matter and I have not even received a response to my enquiry once.
